The Girlfriend Factor is celebrating 10 years of supporting and encouraging over 120 women as they regain their confidence and return to school to improve their lives. We are SO proud, and we would like YOU and your girlfriends to help us celebrate what we have accomplished together!
The celebration also honors the power of girlfriends and their inspiration for one another and will feature an awards ceremony recognizing instrumental women in the community who have made a significant impact on the lives of others.
At this year’s Luncheon, we will be honoring three special women in our community who clearly exemplify the significant impact we have on each other’s lives. Madeline Redstone, Kate Spates and Katie Sween will be the recipients of this year’s GoGirl! Awards and we encourage you to be there to cheer them on.
Karen Devine, award-winning broadcast news journalist and evening news anchor for KESQ, will emcee the event along with City of Palm Desert’s Mayor Pro Tem Jan Harnik, as co-emcee.
